Cut from juicy pork with a great balance of meat and fat, these steaks cook beautifully with a tender bite and crispy edges full of flavour. Ideal for quick dinners, BBQ platters or loaded sandwiches, they’re a versatile favourite that delivers proper hearty flavour every time.

This product is frozen, and will arrive at least partially defrosted. Please ensure product is completely thawed before cooking. For best quality, we would recommend cooking within 24 hours.  Product is suitable for refreezing.
