This convenient marinade in a re-sealable bag is inspired by the traditional Portuguese African sauce. We've blended plenty of chilli with lemon juice and zest, along roasted garlic to create this marinade which goes well with chicken,barbecued and served with rice, beans and an ice cold beer, or even with pork or fish, shredded and wrapped with a crisp salad in a seeded flat bread.
