Simply coat your meat with sesame oil and sprinkle our Satay seasoning over the surface before cooking. For the best results, cook in the oven or over indirect heat on the BBQ. It pairs beautifully with  chicken, or pork belly, and can even be mixed with coconut milk to create a rich, flavourful sauce!
