Our essentials hampers are built around the cuts most households use every week. The Buy 1 Essentials Hamper, Get 2 More for 1p starts with the Fridge & Freezer Filler Hamper: 1kg chicken breasts, 4 x 6oz sirloin steaks, 2 x 400g lean steak mince, 12 gluten-free steak meatballs, 2kg misshaped diced chicken breast, 400g extra lean steak strips, 4 steak burgers, 454g smoked bacon and 6 pork sausages. Family hampers
The Feed the Family for Less – 2 Hampers On Us! is designed for a family's weekly meals: chicken breasts, 4 x 6oz rump steaks, lean steak mince, meatballs, sausages, burgers and unsmoked bacon, plus two free hampers (the first adds more mince, gammon steaks and burgers). The product page says it makes up to 54 meals; the real number depends on your portion sizes. It's a good fit if you cook spaghetti bolognese, burgers, a fry-up and chicken traybakes on rotation. High-protein hampers

Make room in the freezer first
Big hampers need space. A hamper of 10kg or more takes up a real chunk of a household freezer, so before delivery day, clear space, and freeze anything you won't use within a couple of days as soon as it arrives, in the portions you'll cook. Hamper or loose cuts?
Hampers usually work out cheaper per kilo than buying the same cuts separately, but only if you'll use everything in them.
