How do I cook pork sausages?

Low and steady is best: fry over a medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes, turning often, or bake at 190°C (170°C fan) for 20-25 minutes. They are done when golden all over and piping hot through. Don't prick them, or the juices escape.

Can I freeze sausages?
