This is a beef, chicken, pork and lamb butcher. Closest live protein if you wanted game is the beef counter — steaks, joints, mince — and the lean meat packs (chicken breast, lean mince).

Exotic listings elsewhere are not a reason to invent a tray. If we ever cut venison it will be a live product first, then a page. Until then the honest answer is: we do not cut it, and the meat we do send is on those two counters.
