We leave the marrow in so you can get the full nutritional value, meaning this is not only an extremely economical and natural ingredient but also packed full of protein, vitamins and minerals.
Use homemade stock in your favourite soup recipes, gravies, casseroles and stews. Try it in a mushroom risotto for a deeper flavour. The health benefits of beef broth have been well documented, making your own is vastly cheaper than buying pre-packaged products and you can adjust the flavour to your taste. Roasting the bones first will impart a richer flavour, then use a slow cooker, pressure cooker, or simply pop it on top of the hob.
