Sunday dinner, sorted three times over. The Sunday Roast Trio brings together three of our favourite roasting joints, each hand-prepared by our butchers: 3kg of proper roast dinners, with leftovers to spare.

What’s Included:

• Sirloin Joint – 1kg – Prime sirloin with natural marbling for a rich, meaty flavour. Needs no extra fat and is easy to carve.
• Pork Loin Joint – 1kg – Boneless and rind-on, hand cut and oven ready, with a wonderful layer of crackling.
• Boneless Gammon Joint – 1kg – Tender and savoury. Roast, boil or slow cook, then carve into juicy slices. (Previously Frozen)

Butcher’s Cooking Tips:

• Roast the sirloin to your liking (we cook ours medium) and let it rest before carving.
• For crispy crackling, dry the pork skin with kitchen paper, score it with a sharp blade and rub in plenty of salt.
• Serve the gammon hot with all the trimmings, or slice it as ham for leftovers.

Storage:

Your joints arrive packed in a cold box for UK delivery. Pop them in the fridge on arrival and follow the use-by guidance on each pack. The gammon joint has been previously frozen.
