Our packaging has been designed so your meat reaches you in perfect condition. The sealed liner and gel ice packs create a modified atmosphere to keep products fresh while they are in transit.
The packaging has been thoroughly tested and proven to keep the contents at a safe temperature up until the end of the second day after leaving us.

Delivered by DPD on the day you choose
DPD is our courier. Deliveries are made between 7am and 10pm, and the vast majority between 8am and 6pm. Times can vary with the size of the parcel and the delivery address.

On the morning of your delivery, DPD sends a 1-hour delivery window. It is an estimate, and on rare occasions deliveries are made outside it.

The driver tries your address first, then a neighbour, then leaves the box in a safe place. Your parcel is on a leave-safe service.

Recycling your packaging
The gel ice packs are made from 100% recyclable low-density polyethene film. We encourage you to recycle the materials in your box where your local facilities allow.

Will my meat stay cold?
Yes. Our packaging has been thoroughly tested and proven to keep the contents at a safe temperature up until the end of the second day after leaving us.
What is in the box?
A white double-walled "extra strong" corrugated cardboard box, an air-infused padded thermal liner with a seal, and gel ice packs made from 100% recyclable low-density polyethene film filled with a non-toxic food-grade gel.
What if I am not in?
The DPD driver first tries your address, then a neighbour, and then leaves the parcel in a safe place. On the morning of delivery DPD sends a 1-hour delivery window.
How much is delivery?
Weekday delivery is free on orders over £85 and £6.95 under. Saturday delivery is £8.95, or a £3.95 surcharge on orders over £85. Mainland Scotland and the Highlands and Islands: weekday delivery is free over £80 and weekend delivery is £11.99.
Is my meat fresh or frozen?
