Minute Steak, Denver & Tri-Tip: What They Are and the Steaks We Stock

Quick answer: A minute steak is a very thin slice of beef, often from the topside or sirloin, that cooks in a minute or two a side. Denver steak comes from the chuck, and tri-tip from the bottom of the sirloin. We don't sell these. Our rump steak strips and rump steaks are the closest we stock.
