Pork Mince: Uses and the Closest Pork We Stock

Quick answer: Pork mince suits meatballs, dumplings and stir-fries, and must be cooked to 75°C. We don't sell pork mince. Squeezing the meat out of our pork sausages gives a seasoned pork mince for meatballs, and lean beef mince works in most recipes.
