Quick answer: A whole chicken roasts at 190°C for about 20 minutes per 450g plus 20 minutes. A poussin, a young chicken of about 450g, takes 35–45 minutes. Both are done at 75°C in the thickest part of the thigh. We don't sell whole birds right now; legs and thighs roast the same way.
