Looking for meat delivery in Cornwall? Our butchery is right here, at St Stephen, just outside St Austell. Every order, whether it's going to Truro, Penzance, Bude or the other end of the country, is picked and packed by our team at the same site and sent out chilled. Here's how our meat delivery works in Cornwall, what it costs, and what our customers order most.
Where we are
We're based at Unit 5, Gwindra Industrial Estate, St Stephen, St Austell PL26 7LE. We're a single butchery that sells online, not a chain of shops, and we deliver to most of mainland UK from here, including across Cornwall.
A Cornish butchery, delivering nationwide
Being based in Cornwall means our orders set off from the same place, whether they're heading down the road to St Austell or up the A30 and beyond. Everything is handled by the same team at St Stephen: cutting, portioning, packing and dispatch. If you live in Cornwall, your order comes from a local business, and it's delivered the same way as every other order, by DPD, to your door. Ordering is simple: everything is done online, and you pick the delivery day that suits you best at checkout, any time of day or night.

- Order online at any time, choosing from beef, pork, lamb, chicken, bacon, meat boxes, hampers and pantry items.
- Choose your delivery day at checkout.
- We pick and pack your order at St Stephen, into an insulated box with ice packs.
- DPD delivers it to your door.

- Free weekday delivery on orders over £85.
- £6.95 weekday delivery on orders under £85.
- Saturday delivery: £8.95 as standard, or a £3.95 surcharge on orders over £85.
- No minimum order value.

On delivery day
DPD is our courier, with deliveries between 7am and 10pm, and most between 8am and 6pm. On the morning of your delivery, DPD sends a 1-hour delivery window by text or email, provided your details are correct at checkout, and you can track your parcel. If you're out, the parcel is on a leave-safe service: DPD will try a neighbour, then leave it in a safe place. You can set your preferences through your DPD tracking link.
Tip: because meat is perishable, choose a safe place or a neighbour you trust, and get your order into the fridge or freezer as soon as you can.
Packaging
Orders are packed chilled in an insulated box with ice packs to keep the meat cold on its journey. Some products are sent frozen and may arrive partly defrosted. The product page tells you which, and what to do.

Making your order go further
A few simple habits get the most from a meat delivery. Plan the week's meals before you order, so you buy what you'll actually cook. Portion bulk packs into meal-sized bags before freezing, and label them with the date. Thaw tomorrow's dinner in the fridge overnight. And if you're ordering over £85 for free weekday delivery, top up with freezer staples, such as mince, chicken breast and sausages, rather than extra fresh items you might not use in time.
