Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (about 6oz / 170g each)
- 1 tbsp oil; 40g butter; 2 garlic cloves, crushed; few thyme sprigs

- 1kg potatoes for chips; oil for roasting

Method
- Bring steaks to room temperature; pat dry. Season generously with salt.
